Membership prices are subject to change. Tune-up timing is scheduled at TPS's convenience within each 12-month period. Parts and labor discounts apply to standard rates at time of service and cannot be combined with other promotions. Membership does not cover major equipment replacement (new water heaters, complete HVAC systems, panel upgrades) — those are quoted separately at member rates.

Membership FAQ

What counts as a "tune-up"?
HVAC: full inspection, coil check, refrigerant check, capacitor test, filter replacement (standard 1" filter included), condensate flush. Plumbing: water-heater inspection + flush, fixture check, shut-off valve exercise, leak scan. Electrical: panel inspection, GFCI/AFCI test, smoke-detector check, ground verification, outlet safety check.
Do you really respond same-day on Total Care?
Yes — with an honest caveat. Same-day means a tech arrives the day you call, during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat 8am-2pm). If you call at 10pm Saturday during a hurricane, we'll be there — but "same-day" in that case means "within 24 hours." We don't overpromise.
Can I cancel?
Residential plans: cancel anytime, pro-rated refund on unused months. You keep the value of any tune-ups already performed. Commercial agreements are typically annual — check your specific contract terms.
What's NOT covered?
Big stuff: new HVAC system installation, complete water heater replacement, panel upgrades, major re-pipes. Those are priced separately at member discount rates (10% Tune-Up / 15% Total Care off standard). Also: damage from neglect, vandalism, or improper DIY repair is not covered.
Can I transfer my membership if I sell my house?
Yes — Tune-Up and Total Care memberships are transferable to the new owner. It's actually a selling point: you hand them a home with a contractor already on retainer and a complete service history in the TPS Priority app.
Do I have to have the app?
No — but you'll miss out on real-time appointment tracking, instant booking, and the service history archive. All memberships work fine by phone too; the app just makes everything faster.
