Is the app really free?
Yes. TPS Priority is 100% free for every TPS customer. No subscription, no trial, no credit card required. If you want additional perks like free annual tune-ups and member pricing, see our service membership plans — but the app itself is always free.
Why isn't it in the App Store?
TPS Priority is a Progressive Web App — it installs directly from your browser in 10 seconds, no App Store needed. Once installed, it looks and works exactly like any App Store app: home-screen icon, full-screen view, works offline, sends notifications. It's actually faster to install this way.
What does it do that I can't do by just calling?
Three big things. First, the app puts the right phone number pre-routed to the right trade one tap away — no IVR menu, no waiting. Second, you have a permanent record of every service visit, part replaced, and warranty — huge when you're selling your house or hit by a storm. Third, we send you reminders before things break so you avoid emergency calls.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You just install the app and enter your name, phone, and service address. Everything stays on your phone. When you book a service call, we get your info with the request.
What about my privacy?
We only use your info to provide TPS service. No ads, no selling data, no sharing with third parties. Smart-device integrations are read-only and only active when you actively request service.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once installed, the app works without an internet connection — you can review your service history, check equipment info, and pull up reminders. Booking a new service request queues and sends as soon as you're back online.
I'm a commercial customer. Is this for me too?

How do I get updates?
